Membership Descriptions

INCLUDES MBA OF MEMPHIS & TNMBA MEMBERSHIP.

All applicants for Regular Membership shall consist of firms and corporations actively engaged in mortgage banking. Regular members should have an office located in the Greater Memphis area for a minimum of six (6) months and which, as their primary business, originate, broker, or service mortgage loans originated in the Memphis area. Dues cover an entire calendar year (January to December), and includes state TNMBA Dues.

INCLUDES MBA OF MEMPHIS MEMBERSHIP ONLY.
All Applicants for Local Affiliate Membership shall be defined as businesses exclusive to the Memphis area. Local Affiliate Members should have a brick and mortar located in the Memphis area and consist of 50 employees or less. Local Affiliates shall consist of firms and corporations closely associated with the profession of mortgage banking, but are not primarily engaged in origination, brokering, or servicing mortgage loans. Dues cover an entire calendar year (January through December). State TNMBA dues are optional for an additional fee.
