The Mortgage Bankers Association of Memphis is a local chapter of the Tennessee Mortgage Bankers Association and the Mortgage Bankers Association of America, the national association representing the real estate finance industry. Our membership is comprised of a diverse group of industry professionals: Mortgage bankers, mortgage brokers, title companies, attorneys, appraisers, credit reporting agencies and insurance companies. |
The Mortgage Bankers Association of Memphis has adopted the Canons of Ethics and Standards of Practice of the Mortgage Bankers Association of America and the Code of Ethics of the Tennessee Mortgage Bankers Association. The Professional Standards & Code of Ethics are concerned essentially with the behavior of member firms and their employees in four primary areas: impartiality, confidentiality, fiduciary responsibility and legal responsibility. |
